Saif Shahin

Saif Shahin is a Software Engineering and AI student at McGill University, where they pursue a Bachelor of Engineering with a minor in Applied AI. They have experience as a Mobile Developer at Sun Life Financial and lead technical initiatives at Hack4Impact, achieving significant operational improvements for non-profits. Saif has also contributed to deep learning research, notably improving accuracy in automated chess board annotation and authorship attribution. Currently, they are involved in a capstone project focused on waste management and collaborating on machine learning research with NYU Medical.
