Anoop Wattamwar is an experienced medical professional serving as the Chief of Vascular & Interventional Radiology and Director of Interventional Oncology at Hackensack University Medical Center since August 2013, where responsibilities include leading the Interventional Oncology Program and organizing the Multidisciplinary Interventional Oncology Conference. Additionally, since June 2019, Anoop has held the position of Chairman of Radiology at Palisades Medical Center, overseeing a team of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists to ensure high-quality patient care. Anoop has been a Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist at multiple facilities, including Hackensack University Medical Center and Palisades Medical Center, since August 2012. Anoop's extensive training includes completing a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System and a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Anoop's educational background includes an MD from Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
