Ajay George

Ajay George has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Ajay is currently employed at HackerEarth as a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company, from May 2021 to May 2022. At HackerEarth, Ajay worked on UI automation using Selenium-python, API automation using Python and Postman, and successfully tested performance using Locust.

Before joining HackerEarth, Ajay worked as a QA Engineer at the company from August 2016 to December 2020. During their time there, they introduced a robust QA practice, made critical decisions, implemented different types of testing, and documented processes, test plans, and test cases. Ajay also worked closely with developers and received training in Jmeter.

Prior to their role at HackerEarth, Ajay worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer from April 2013 to July 2016. Ajay'sresponsibilities included analyzing business requirements, creating and executing test cases, performing UAT, and offshore defect analysis.

Ajay George earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSNA College of Engineering and Technology from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
