Alice Segarty

Alice Segarty has extensive experience in people operations and talent strategy, currently serving as a Talent Strategy Partner at HackerOne since June 2021, following roles as a People Operations Generalist and People Operations Associate for the EMEA region. Prior to HackerOne, Alice worked at 100 Shapes as an Employee Experience Executive from March 2018 to June 2021, and held the same position at Hostmaker.co, where tenure spanned from June 2016 to March 2018. Alice began a professional career as an Executive Assistant. Educationally, Alice holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Aberdeen, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and completed an International Baccalaureate at The Awty International School from 2003 to 2011.
