Rachel Coleman

Rachel Coleman, aPHR, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Stripe, Rachel supports product risk and strategy initiatives. Previously at Block, Rachel excelled as a Talent Manager, leading a team that successfully hired over 500 roles in a fast-paced startup environment. Rachel has also held roles at Amazon Web Services, Cambia Health Solutions, and ZOOM+Care, where expertise in full life-cycle recruiting, diversity initiatives, and HR management was demonstrated. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University.
