Deborah Chang

Deborah Chang is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Policy at HackerOne. Deborah has held this position since January 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at Massdrop from January 2016 to December 2018.

At HackerOne, Deborah is responsible for building global partnerships and promoting the work of white hat security researchers with state, federal, and international law makers. Deborah has been instrumental in growing the company's revenue and subscriber base.

At Massdrop, Deborah was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for partnership and inorganic channel development. Deborah also launched Massdrop's first licensing deal with Hasbro. Under their leadership, the company grew its revenue by 60% and doubled its subscriber base.

Deborah is a skilled negotiator and has a proven track record in business development and public policy. Deborah is a thought leader in the cyberinsurance industry and has built strong relationships with policymakers, trade associations, and lobbyists.

Deborah Chang graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. Deborah then attended the University of Michigan Law School, where they earned their J.D. After passing the bar exam, they became certified as a lawyer in the state of California.
