Ruan Shah

Ruan Shah is a seasoned product manager currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at HackerOne since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ruan spent nearly four years at GWI, where notable achievements included leading the development of an LLM-based chatbot that significantly increased user engagement and spearheading a data-driven platform migration strategy that doubled monthly active users. Ruan began a career in product management at Atom Learning and Tesco, effectively contributing to AI growth strategies and improving machine learning pricing models, respectively. Ruan also completed a Master of Science in Energy & Environment and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds, building a strong foundation in sustainability and environmental studies.
