Stephanie Lewis

Stephanie Lewis serves as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at HackerOne, leading efforts to enhance client experience and drive revenue within the Enterprise segment. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Senior Director of Client Services & Support at 6Connex, where Stephanie spearheaded the expansion of an Event Tech software services division during the pandemic. Stephanie has extensive experience in customer success, having managed a significant annual book of business at Rackspace and held various leadership roles within the American Marketing Association. Educated in Public Relations at The University of Texas at San Antonio, Stephanie combines strategic insight with a commitment to client advocacy.
