Carole Lewandowski

VP of Strategic Partnerships at HackerU

Carole Lewandowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Carole has recently been working at HackerU since 2017, initially as the Executive Sales and Marketing Coordinator, then as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, and currently as the VP of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to that, they worked at Fisher Auction Company as a Real Estate Broker Associate starting in 2010. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Operations and Development Manager at CureDiva. Carole's early career includes a role as the Executive Sales and Marketing Coordinator at BornFree from 2007 to 2011.

Carole Lewandowski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in BA from Barry University. Carole also has an Associates of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Broward College. In addition, they obtained various certifications in topics such as preventing discrimination and harassment, cultural competency and humility, managing difficult employees, avoiding retaliation, microaggressions in the workplace, unconscious bias, employment law essentials for managers, preventing discrimination and harassment for US managers, diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity. Furthermore, Carole obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2002.
