Adam Croan

Adam Croan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam is currently serving as the ASM, Experience at Public Lands since 2022. Prior to this, they were part of the GROW Chief People Officer Mentorship Program - HR at Hacking HR from 2020 onwards. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of VP, Global Partnerships at Brave New Workshop. Croan also has experience as the Principal & Founder at Better Trace since 2012, where they specialize in growth and revenue acceleration, people consulting, and strategic planning. Adam has previously held positions at Nutcase Helmets, Timbuk2, Lowepro, NorthPole, JD Power Clubs, and SPINS, contributing to various functions such as eCommerce, consumer electronics, product management, marketing, and market research.

Adam Croan earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Adam later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they studied from 2005 to 2006. In 2020, Adam enrolled in the NeuroLeadership Institute India & SouthAsia and obtained a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership, specializing in the field of Neuroscience. Additionally, they have received several certifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute, including a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership, FOCUS: The Neuroscience of Thriving Through Crisis, and Brain-Based Conversation Skills®.
