Kylie Rogers is a talent strategy and transformation executive leader with over two decades of global experience across various sectors, including consulting, non-profits, and government organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at RMI, they support a rapidly growing team while driving innovative People and Culture strategies for a sustainable energy future. With a background as a Human Resources Manager in East Africa and the Middle East and as a Chief Human Resources Officer at Portland Public Schools, Kylie has demonstrated expertise in transformational change and team building. They are also a founding member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR, fostering a community for senior HR leaders. Kylie is deeply committed to amplifying voices within organizations while raising their two children with a focus on empathy and creativity.
