Lex Verweij is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Gartner since May 2023, Lex has also been a Court Member at the Company of HR Professionals since January 2020, where Lex chairs the Pro Bono Committee. Previous roles include Director at Capgemini Invent, Partner at PA Consulting, and Acting CEO of Emolument. Lex has a significant background in talent, reward, and performance management from tenure at Aon Hewitt and Mercer, along with experience as Human Resources Director at NIBC Bank. Lex holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been actively involved in the Hacking HR community since 2018, contributing to the advancement of HR practices globally.
