Brent Iloulian began their work experience as an Associate at Robert Smylie & Associates in 2006. In 2007, they joined Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP as a Senior Associate, where they represented lenders, real estate funds, developers, and investors in various real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, commercial leasing, and property management agreements. In 2014, Iloulian became a Corporate Counsel at Shapell Properties Inc., before moving on to become the Managing Principal - Real Estate & General Counsel at Hackman Capital Partners, LLC in 2015, where they currently work.

Brent Iloulian received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance, General from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in 2002. Brent continued their education at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles from 2002 to 2005, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
