Brian Glodney

Executive Vice President, Planning + Development at Hackman Capital Partners

Brian Glodney has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2004 as a Planner in the Environmental Division of the County of San Luis Obispo. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Design and Project Management Committee Co-Chair at the City of Los Angeles Council District 14 - Pershing Square Taskforce. In 2015, they became an Urban Design Advisor for Pershing Square Renew. Glodney also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Playascape from 2016 to 2017, where they helped transform urban communities into artistic playgrounds through immersive and interactive art. Brian joined Gensler in 2007 as a Design Director and became the SW Regional Leader and Senior Associate until 2018. From 2018 to the present, they have been the Executive Vice President of Planning + Development at Hackman Capital Partners, LLC, following their earlier role as Senior Vice President of the same department.

Brian Glodney has a Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning with a minor in Sustainable Environments from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Brian also has a Master of Architecture in Urban Design (MAUD) from Newcastle University, and studied Architecture, Urban Design & Planning at Charles University. In addition, Glodney attended Campbell Hall, and obtained the certification of Recognized Practitioner of Urban Design from the Urban Design Group. The specific start and end years of these educational experiences are unknown.
