Courtney Douglas

Courtney Douglas has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and positions. Courtney started their career at XMG Studio in 2010 as a QA Intern, where they gained experience in manual testing and improved the QA process through research and organization. Courtney then became the QA Manager, responsible for creating and refining QA processes and managing the entire testing process, as well as mentoring the QA team and overseeing submissions to the App Store. In 2013, Courtney transitioned to the role of Producer at XMG Studio, working on projects such as Fashion Star Designer, Fashion Star Boutique, and Totally Amp'd Activities. In these roles, they managed teams, coordinated resources, created schedules and project plans, and maintained documentation. In 2015, Courtney joined Hackworks as a Program Manager, overseeing various projects and ensuring their successful implementation. Courtney then progressed to the position of Senior Program Manager and Director of Client Services, before assuming their current role as VP of Programs & Products in January 2022.

Courtney Douglas pursued their education from 2009 to 2010 at Trios College, where they obtained a diploma in Video Game Design & Development.
