Prior to this, they held roles as Quality Control Manager at Cafinco S.A. de C.V. and worked at Nestlé R&D as Marysville Ohio. Beat earned their degree in Eidg. Dipl. Lm Ing. (Food Engineer) with a specialization in Coffee from the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ).
