Rikki Feldblum

Rikki Feldblum currently serves as the Program Recruitment Manager at Hadar since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rikki worked as an Engagement Associate at Hillel at Baruch from August 2023 to June 2025 and completed an internship at PAVE (Parents Amplifying Voices in Education) from January 2023 to August 2023. Rikki's experience also includes a position as Programs Intern at the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute from June 2022 to December 2022 and serving as a University Hearing Panelist at the GW Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities from August 2021 to May 2022. Rikki's earlier career includes working as an Executive Administrative Assistant at SHERMAN MEDICAL MARKETING GROUP from June 2020 to August 2021 and a Policy Intern at Maternity Care Coalition in July 2018. Rikki holds a degree in International Affairs with a focus on International Environment Studies from The George Washington University, completed in May 2023, and a High School Diploma from Kohelet Yeshiva, attained in 2019.
