Elizabeth Medina is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Hadassah since June 2019, Elizabeth has effectively coordinated college recruiting initiatives, managed hiring and onboarding processes, and maintained compliance with HR policies. Prior roles include both Talent Acquisition Specialist and Coordinator at North Shore-LIJ Health System, where Elizabeth focused on building relationships with hiring managers and sourcing qualified candidates. Earlier experience at Mecho involved managing HR records and employee benefits inquiries. Elizabeth began their career at Century 21 Laffey, providing clerical support and managing real estate transaction data. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.

Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to its partnership with the land and people of Israel. It enhances the health of people worldwide through its support of medical care and research at the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem. Hadassah empowers its members and supporters, as well as youth in Israel and America through opportunities for personal growth, education, advocacy and Jewish continuity.
