Gemma Hornsey

Gemma Hornsey has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Gemma is currently working at Hadean as the Head of Finance since September 2022, after previously holding the position of Finance Manager from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to their role at Hadean, Gemma worked at Arram Berlyn Gardner LLP from August 2013 to August 2021, progressing from an Audit Senior to an Associate Director. Before that, they were an ACT! Database Administrator at Better Bankside for a brief period in 2012. Gemma also has experience as a Teacher Assistant/Student Ambassador at Aim Higher from March 2010 to June 2011, where they assisted and taught mathematics to GCSE students while promoting the idea of higher education.

Gemma Hornsey began their education at Waldegrave School, where they attended from 2000 to 2006. Gemma then went on to Esher College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. After completing their time at Esher College, Gemma attended the University of Sussex from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, earning Honors. Later, Gemma enrolled at ICAEW, where they studied Accounting and Finance from 2013 to 2016, ultimately achieving an ACA degree.
