Paul Wormley

Paul Wormley is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a General Partner at Hadley Capital since May 2005, where significant cash has been provided for the acquisition of an events rental business. As a Board Member of the Trout and Salmon Foundation since September 2015, Paul has contributed to the restoration of cold water fish habitats through grant facilitation for local conservation efforts. Previously, Paul held the position of Principal at Advent International from September 2000 to December 2003, where five successful investments totaling over $34 million in equity capital were completed. Early career experience includes a role as the sole analyst at A.G. Edwards Capital from 1998 to 2000, focused on managing a $140 million hybrid private equity fund. Paul holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
