Scott Dickes

Scott Dickes is an accomplished Managing Partner with extensive experience guiding small companies through transitions and fostering long-term growth. Currently serving as Managing Partner at 1719 Partners since September 2023, Scott focuses on assisting businesses during changes in ownership, management, or expansion phases. Additionally, Scott has held the position of Managing Partner at Hadley since June 1996, where expertise in leadership transition and strategic planning has contributed to the success of numerous portfolio companies. Scott holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Duke University.
