Joe Rich

Joe Rich currently serves as the Channel Director for EMEA at Hadrian, a role held since July 2025. Prior to this, Joe was the Senior Channel and Alliances Manager for EMEA & APAC at Bugcrowd from June 2023 to June 2025, where Bugcrowd specialized in crowdsourced cybersecurity solutions. Joe's extensive experience also includes positions such as Regional Sales Manager at Hackuity, Territory Account Manager and Channel Manager for UKI at Lookout, and various roles at e92plus, including Xirrus and Netscout Product Manager. Joe began a career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer at Fitness First from December 2009 to October 2010.
