Andrea Bittick

Andrea Bittick, M.Ed., PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hadrian since August 2025. With extensive experience in educational settings, Bittick has held several key roles including Senior HR Business Partner at GoGuardian and Elementary School Principal at Redondo Beach Unified School District. Bittick's background also includes serving as Special Education Coordinator and Education Specialist in various districts, focusing on inclusive education and support for educators. As a founding member of the Advisory Board for the Philosophy Department at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Bittick actively engages with alumni, faculty, and students.
