Matt McLaughlin

Matt McLaughlin has held a number of positions in the engineering field. In 2021, they began working as a Principal Software Engineer- CAD/CAM for Hadrian. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer for Google in 2020. Matt was also a Software Engineer for Nova Labs (YC W16) from 2016 to 2020, where their role description included www.nova.ai. From 2013 to 2012, they were a Spacecraft Antenna Mechanical Designer and Structural Analyst for Boeing. In 2012, they held the position of Senior Design Team Lead for Aerowing. Additionally, they were a Rocket Propulsion Engineering Intern for Boeing from 2012 to 2011, and an Information Solutions Engineering Intern for Boeing in 2011.

Matt McLaughlin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2013. Matt also holds a certification in Fundamentals of Engineering from the NCEES.
