Robert Passaro

Robert Passaro, CPA, CPCU, serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Hadron Insurance, bringing a wealth of experience in corporate finance and financial planning. Previously, Robert held senior leadership positions at Skyward Specialty Insurance, including Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance and Senior Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis. A solid foundation in financial strategy was established as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at ProSight Specialty Insurance. Earlier in the career, Robert served as Vice President of Global Finance Business Partner and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for the US Insurance Segment at Aspen Insurance Group, and held managerial roles in financial planning and reporting at Crum & Forster. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University between 2000 and 2004.
