Ellen M. Zane

Ms. Zane joined the Board in 2018 and is Chair of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Governance and Compliance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Zane is CEO Emeritus of Tufts Medical Center and Tufts Children's Hospital, where she served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2011. Previously, Ms. Zane served as Network President for Partners Healthcare System, a physician/hospital network sponsored by the Harvard affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, and as Chief Executive Officer of Quincy Hospital in Quincy, Massachusetts. Ms. Zane previously served as a director of Haemonetics from 2012 to 2016.
