Jay P. has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jay started their career in 1996 as a Territory Manager at Michelin North America, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Jay P. served as the Sales Manager of Independent Dealer Channel at AirGate PCS. Jay then joined Covidien in 2003 as a Territory Manager, responsible for sales in South Carolina and Northern Georgia. In 2005, Jay P. joined Codman Neurosurgical, a Johnson & Johnson Company, as a Senior Neuro Specialist and continued in this role until 2010. Jay then transitioned to Codman Neurovascular and worked as a Senior Sales Representative from 2010 to 2012. Jay P. returned to Codman Neurosurgical as the Manager of Sales Training from 2012 to 2014 and later became the Sr. National Sales Specialist / WW Sales Training Manager from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, they have held leadership roles at Haemonetics since 2019 and is currently serving as the Global Director of Sales Training & Effectiveness.
