Prior roles include managerial positions at Haemonetics, where responsibilities involved overseeing manufacturing engineering and facilities, along with maintenance teams to optimize overall equipment effectiveness. Prior to Haemonetics, Jesse held significant engineering positions at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, complemented by early mechanical engineering internships.
