Jake Wildes

Jake Wildes has a robust background in packaging systems engineering and technical services, currently serving as Sr. Manager Packaging Systems Engineering at The Hershey Company since January 2013. Previously, Jake held various roles at The Hershey Company, including Sr. Manager Technical Services - Interim, Business Unit Leader, and Senior Planning Engineer. Jake's experience also includes working at Mason Woods Brewing Company as Brewer + Archer + Masoneer and at Y&S Candies as Senior Packaging Systems Operations Reliability Engineer. Jake began a career at The Hershey Company as a Senior Packaging Systems Engineer from December 2007 to January 2010. Educationally, Jake holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine (2017 - 2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Maine (2000 - 2004).
