Matthew Klepadlo

Matthew Klepadlo, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of R&D Product Development at Haemonetics, where responsibilities include strategic leadership in program management and driving business growth through innovation and optimization of processes. Previously, as Senior Director of NPI Development, Matthew established a PMO function that significantly increased the throughput of new product introduction programs. Earlier positions at Haemonetics involved standardizing software technology stacks and successfully delivering a Plasma Apheresis Device. Prior experience includes engineering advanced software solutions at Oracle and developing firmware for data center infrastructure at APC by Schneider Electric. Matthew holds an MBA and a Human Resource Certificate from the University of Rhode Island, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
