Meghan Lucas

Meghan Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Meghan started their career as an Engineering Intern at Tetra Tech in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Process Engineer at Guilford Mills by Lear Corporation. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Perrigo Company plc, initially as a Production Engineer, then as a Production Engineer II, and eventually as a Lead Production Engineer. Meghan joined Stryker in 2017 and held multiple roles, including Senior Operations Engineer, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and Staff Quality Engineer. In 2020, they worked as a Project Engineer at Nestlé Health Science. Currently, Meghan is employed at Haemonetics and holds the position of Senior Supplier Quality Engineer.

Meghan Lucas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in Bioengineering from Penn State University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Meghan later obtained a Graduate Certificate in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering, completing it from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan and MOST from Accenture, both obtained in 2013, as well as an LSS Yellow Belt from Perrigo Company plc in 2015.
