Melinda Z. is an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, currently serving as a Sr. Principal Technical Lead at Haemonetics since October 2022. Previously, Melinda held various leadership roles at Philips from June 2011 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation platform batteries for healthcare products and managing complex product lifecycles. Additional experience includes positions at Cynosure, Inc., ZOLL Medical Corporation, Atrium Medical Corp, and AMETEK, demonstrating a consistent focus on new product development, cost reduction, and cross-functional team leadership.
