Michelle L. Basil

Michelle Basil has over 20 years of experience in corporate and securities law. Michelle was a partner at Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP from 1997 to 2017, where they focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other corporate transactions. In 2017, they joined Haemonetics as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

Michelle Basil attended the University of California, Berkeley, from 1991 to 1994, where they earned an AB degree. Michelle then pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a JD degree.
