Pamela Szatek

Pamela Szatek has extensive experience in procurement and supply management. Pamela started their career as the Manager of Purchasing at Commonwealth Electric Company in 1993 and was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic contracts for multi-million dollar purchases. Pamela also designed systems and processes to track supplier performance. From 1999 to 2006, they served as the Director of Procurement at NSTAR Electric & Gas Corporation, where they led a team and successfully implemented strategic sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in operational efficiency and cost savings. In 2006, they joined Iron Mountain as the Director of Procurement, overseeing a team of category management professionals and developing multi-year sourcing plans. Under their leadership, significant cost savings and measurable results were achieved. Currently, Pamela is a Senior Director at Haemonetics, where they are responsible for strategic projects. Overall, Pamela Szatek has a demonstrated track record of delivering results and cost savings in all facets of procurement and strategic sourcing.

Pamela Szatek obtained a BS degree with honors in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Pamela also completed coursework in the MBA program at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
