Rajeev Varma

Rajeev Varma was named Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development in April 2023. He is responsible for corporate strategy development, business development activity, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and minority investments. Mr. Varma joined Haemonetics in August 2018 as Vice President of Strategy. He came to the company from McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner focused on corporate strategy and M&A in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Varma worked with Merck Millipore and was a research scientist and manager at Life Technologies (now part of Thermo Fisher), where he managed a product development and validation team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
