Jacob Dailey is a skilled Project Engineer with experience in building envelope testing, renovations, and root cause analysis. Currently employed at HaF Equipment since February 2022, Jacob previously worked at Encompass, Inc. as an Engineering Technician and had an earlier role as an Engineering Intern, where responsibilities included report composition, project calculations, and client coordination. Jacob's experience also includes working at 3M as an R&D Engineering Technician, focusing on process improvements and collaboration on materials and tools. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, obtained in 2019.
