Maria Buss

Maria Buss is a Process Engineer at HaF Equipment, where work commenced in February 2023, following a tenure as a Process Engineering Sales Intern at the same company. In addition to engineering roles, Maria serves as a Student Mentor at Daqui pra Fora, guiding Brazilian high school students in STEM fields for college applications. Academic experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, contributing to NASA-funded Martian research, and working as a Research & Development Engineering Intern at Portobello Grupo. Maria has also held roles as a Teaching Assistant and Quality Control Intern during academic pursuits at the University of Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, complemented by high school education in Brazil, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
