Tracey Joyce has extensive experience in customer service management, having held the position of Customer Service Manager at Hafele NZ Ltd since November 2005, where Tracey also serves as the National Customer Service Manager. Prior to joining Hafele, Tracey worked at Pilkington Glass Ltd NZ in a customer services role from August 1999 to November 2005. Tracey completed education at James Cook High School in New Zealand.
