Saurav Srivastava

Saurav Srivastava has a wealth of experience in the sales industry, spanning over several years. Saurav started their career as a Sales Executive at Whirlpool Corporation in 2010 and worked their way up to become a Deputy Sales Manager before leaving in 2016. During their time at Whirlpool, they handled various districts in North India and was recognized for their outstanding performance.

After leaving Whirlpool, Saurav worked as a Deputy Sales Manager at Havells India Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Here, they were responsible for achieving an annual business target and managed a team of sales executives, distributors, and ISDs.

Saurav then joined Franke Group in 2017 as a Sales Manager, where they successfully grew branches by 50% CAGR and increased market share from 9% to 28% in four years. Saurav later became the State Head for Jharkhand, achieving 3x business in one year and capturing a market share of 25%.

In 2022, Saurav worked for LG India as a Sales Manager for a brief period. Saurav then joined Franke Group again as a Category Sales Manager and subsequently as a State Head before leaving in early 2023.

Most recently, Saurav joined Kaff India as a Branch Sales Manager from February 2023 to July 2023. Currently, they are working as the State Sales Head at Hafele India Private Limited, heading the Jharkhand/Odisha/Bihar territory and managing a wide range of kitchen products.

Throughout their career, Saurav has been recognized for their exceptional sales performance and achieved significant business growth in the territories they were responsible for.

Saurav Srivastava began their education by earning a Diploma in Garment from the International Institute of Fashion and Technology in 2003-2004. Saurav then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on sales and marketing from the Asian Institute of Management and Technology from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing from IIIMT from 2009 to 2011.
