Carl Hicks has extensive experience in credit management, currently serving as Credit & Risk Manager at Hafele UK Ltd since August 2008, where responsibilities include Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, and Cash Processing while ensuring a high-quality service environment for customers and suppliers. Prior to this, Carl held the position of Group Credit Manager at Volvo Group UK Ltd from 2004 to 2008. Carl's educational background includes studies at Tile Hill College of Further Education.
