Craig Soboleski

Craig Soboleski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Craig is currently the Director of Engineering and Program Management at Teledyne Marine, a position they have held since September 2018. Prior to this, Craig served as a Program Manager at Kaman Aerospace Corporation from April 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they worked as a Programs Manager at SIG SAUER, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Craig also held the position of Director of Operations & Business Development at UAV Navigation Inc. from June 2010 to 2013. In addition, they worked as a Program Manager at Rockwell Collins from April 2005 to June 2010. Earlier in their career, Craig served as a Program Manager at Pratt & Whitney from 1999 to 2005, and as a Senior Engineering Lead at Lockheed Martin from 1995 to 1999.

Craig Soboleski obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1991 to 1994. Craig then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1996. Later, they enrolled in the Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing, Finance & Operations from 2003 to 2005.
