Tom Lucas

Tom Lucas is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the automotive and avionics sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Teledyne Marine since June 2023, Tom previously held the role of Technical Director at May & Scofield Limited from August 2021 to June 2023. Tom's career includes significant positions such as Electronics Manager and Vehicle Engineering Manager at Protean Electric, where responsibilities involved leading a team to design and integrate electric and hybrid car conversions. Additional experience encompasses roles as Principal Vehicle Systems Engineer and Design Manager at RDDS Avionics Ltd, R&D Manager at Autoflame Engineering Ltd, and Hardware Engineer at BAE Systems.
