Shi Han Lim has accumulated extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Manager of Operations at Hafnia since January 2020, having previously held the positions of Assistant Manager and Voyage Controller within the same company. Prior roles include Demurrage/Post Fixture Executive at Ocean Tankers Pte Ltd and Operations Executive, along with Demurrage/Claims Analyst at Raffles Shipbrokers (S) Pte Ltd. Shi Han Lim began a career in the industry as a Shipping Officer at Freight Links Logistics Pte Ltd and gained initial experience through an internship at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Maritime Business and Operations from NHL Hogeschool and a Diploma in Maritime Transportation Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
