Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and then spent over 16 years’ in the South Wales steel industry. Over this time Neil also held various other roles including CBI Wales Council Member and trustee director of the British Steel Pension Scheme. From 2017 to 2020 Neil was a Finance Director with Stemcor Global Holdings Group based at its HQ in London. In May 2020 Neil joined UK Windows & Doors Group Limited as Chief Financial Officer.
