Laura Brodbeck

Laura Brodbeck is a seasoned business developer with extensive experience in strategic innovation, commercialization, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Business Developer at Hafslund since September 2021, Laura previously held the position of Head of Realisering/Commercialization at ÆRA Strategic Innovation from October 2018 to September 2021, where efforts focused on de-risking early-stage ideas to create investment-ready initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Business Developer at Kjeller Innovasjon AS, where collaboration with leading research institutes led to the development of R&D-based startups, and as a researcher at NTNU in Industrial Economics and Technology Management. Laura holds a Master of Science in Industrial Ecology from NTNU and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Queen's University.
