Nyasha B.L Hove has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Nyasha B.L has worked in various roles in different organizations. In 2004, they started their career at Deloitte as a Senior Analyst, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Auditor at PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers. In 2011, they joined the Department of Planning and Community Development as a Budget Manager, and their tenure lasted until 2013. From 2017 to 2019, Nyasha worked as a Manager, Budget Strategy & Reporting at the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport, and Resources. In 2019, they joined World Vision Australia as the Head of Strategy Enablement & Performance. Currently, they are serving as the Treasurer and Non-Executive Director at Hagar Australia, starting from 2023.

From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the same institution.
