Ruben Urdialez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Tier 3 Systems Analyst at Credit Human since February 2018, Ruben also holds positions at John Hagee Ministries as a Tier 2 Technical Support specialist, where responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure at Cornerstone Christian School and supporting Windows 7 and 8. Additional roles include Tier 2 Public Cloud Support at Hewlett-Packard Helion Public Cloud, where Ruben troubleshoots escalated instance issues and documents critical events, and Tier 2 Video Solutions Engineer at Cisco Systems, managing various Cisco Telepresence endpoints. Previously, Ruben worked as a Tier 3 Network Engineer at Liquid Networx. Ruben holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from GateWay Community College and completed education at Oliver Wendel Holmes in 2000.
