Aga Baran

Aga Baran is a seasoned marketing and digital strategy professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Digital Strategy at Hagen Group since March 2025, Aga has also held influential positions such as Board Member at NEON Corp. and Bestar, and Executive Vice President of Marketing, Consumer Experience, and ECommerce at eSolutions Furniture. Prior experience includes leading digital transformation as Vice President of Digital and eCommerce at Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd, and driving strategies in eCommerce and digital consulting at Ascendis Consulting. Aga's career began with project management roles at Sid Lee and Nurun, after which foundational expertise was established at Institut des affaires électroniques and Doral International. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from Université Laval and a BAA in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
