Ewan Milne is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Hagen Project since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ewan held the position of Operations Manager at Yeo Valley Organic from May 2021 to August 2022, and at Leon Restaurants from October 2012 to June 2020, where responsibilities included oversight of the flagship store and up to ten additional locations, as well as high-level financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting. Ewan completed a Bachelor's degree in Media, Culture and Society BA Hons at Abertay University between 2006 and 2010.
