Amoll Pujari

Amoll Pujari has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic planning and management. Amoll joined Hager Group in 2012, where they played a crucial role in setting up the company's HR business model, market team, and value chain structure in India. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources and HRBP India at Hager Group. Prior to that, they worked as Head of Human Resources for Hager India. Before joining Hager, Amoll Pujari served as a Senior Manager HR at Videocon Consumer Durables from 2005 to 2012. Amoll started their career as an Officer in HR at Birla Precision Technologies Ltd in 2003, where they were actively involved in various HR activities such as payroll management, time office management, and liaising with government and semi-government bodies.

Amoll Pujari completed a certification course in Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur during 2012-2014. In the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from XLRI with a focus on HR. Prior to that, Amoll obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University from 2001-2003, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Amoll also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vivekanand College Aurangabad University, completed during 1999-2001. In addition, they obtained a certification in PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur in an unspecified year.
